Your Role

As Technical Lead Software Engineer at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are passionate about building crafted scalable, efficient and sustainable software and provide cutting-edge, high-quality digital experiences to our internal and external clients.


Your Responsibilities


Lead the technical design and implementation of robust, scalable systems using the latest market technologies
Design and implement extensions to the existing e-banking back-end solution
Refactor and optimize the current code-base to improve robustness, scalability and maintainability
Migrate to new technologies, platforms and language features, ensuring seamless adoption and ongoing updates
Provide guidance, training, and feedback to foster skill growth and team excellence


Your Profile


Higher education (university / FH) in Computer Science, Information Technology or completed apprenticeship or similar banking education
10 years of practical experience in the field of Senior Software Engineering using C#
Excellent in Microsoft SQL Server including T-SQL and excellent .NET 8.0 knowledge
Ability to work with various stakeholders
Hands-on mentality as well as willingness to take responsibility
Capability to work independently as well as ability to work under pressure
Fluency in English
