We are looking for a motivated and engaged Sales Support Specialist to join our Export Sales International department as soon as possible or by agreement.


What you will do

Based in Zollikofen, you process orders from order intake to delivery, invoices and monitoring of incoming payments
Trigger order confirmations to customers
Monitor delivery deadlines
Prepare the necessary export documents
Administrative support for the customers and Area Sales Managers
Correspondence in English (Email, Phone, etc...)
Organise trips as well as internal and external meetings
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and enthusiasm for what you do

What we require

Business school or bachelor's degree
Experience in order administration and export
Good knowledge in English, basic German, Spanish is an advantage but not a must
Experience and knowledge of SAP
Confident manner and assertiveness combined with the ability to communicate at the appropriate level and in different cultures
Take personal responsibility, willingness to learn and change, quality and diligence
Ability to work independently, accurate and well organized
Pronounced customer- and service- orientation
